Barry Edelstein’s Thinking Shakespeare Live Returns

July 28 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

Thinking Shakespeare Live! is a 90-minute exploration of the language of Shakespeare, led by the Globe’s Erna Finci Viterbi Artistic Director Barry Edelstein and assisted by three professional classical actors.

The free program celebrates TCG’s newly released revised edition of Edelstein’s book Thinking Shakespeare: A How-To Guide for Student Actors, Directors, and Anyone Else Who Wants to Feel More Comfortable with the Bard.

The Old Globe will offer a reprise of Thinking Shakespeare Live! at the Neil Morgan Auditorium at the San Diego Central Library at Joan Λ Irwin Jacobs Common. This is a free event with limited availability, so reservations are highly recommended.

Parking at the San Diego Central Library: The parking structure at the library contains limited, non-reserved spaces that are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Two-hour free parking validation will be available in the first floor lobby.

For non-validation, the regular parking rate is $1.25 per 20 minutes or part thereof. Early arrival in downtown is recommended.
