OCEANSIDE–A community complaint about illegal drug activities at an Oceanside residence led to the arrests of more than a dozen adults, and several juveniles taken into protective custody.

On Thursday, at approximately 5 a.m., the Oceanside Police Department’s Special Enforcement Section with the assistance of the SWAT Team and Gang Suppression Unit, executed a narcotics search warrant in the 3700 block of Forest Road.

After officers secured the residence, they located a total of 19 adults and 8 juveniles inside.

Once the search was concluded, 7 adults were arrested and 6 juveniles were taken into protective custody by CPS. Four adults were arrested on various outstanding warrants and three adults were arrested on child endangerment and drug related charges.
