ESCONDIDO–Escondido Police detectives arrested a 46-year-old Temecula resident on multiple felony charges related to funds she embezzled from her employer, Betz Concrete.
Authorities believed that over a time span of several years, Sheila Jo Jackson embezzled over $500,000 from her employer. The employer discovered suspicious account activity and notified Escondido police. Detectives worked with the employer and during the investigation were able to link Jackson to the theft. Jackson was arrested at her residence in Temecula.
Jackson has been booked into the Vista Detention Facility on multiple felony charges including; embezzlement by employee, forgery, grand theft, and identity theft. She’s being held on a $1.1 million dollar bail.
