SAN DIEGO–A driver, who intentionally ran over three pedestrians August 5 at Garnet Avenue in Pacific Beach, was arrested Tuesday by San Diego police detectives.
The driver, identified as 24-year-old Omar Gutierrez, was taken into custody at his job, and booked on three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of destruction of evidence.
This is still an ongoing investigation.
