SAN DIEGO–San Diego business networking organization LeTip of Greater San Diego will host its 30th anniversary Business Networking Mixer and Celebration September 15.

The event runs 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. at the Handlery Hotel, 950 Hotel Circle North in San Diego. The event is free to guests.

The celebration will commemorate LeTip’s dedication over the past three decades in taking Southern California businesses to the next level through referral marketing. LeTip generates about 6,000 “tips” or referrals, per year and approximately $1 million in revenue to the local economy. The City of San Diego is proclaiming Sept.15 as “LeTip of Greater San Diego Day.”

“We are delighted to commemorate our chapter’s 30th year where numerous San Diego businesses have grown,” said chapter President John Gibson. “This milestone event is a great opportunity for small business owners to learn how to grow their business and join our close-knit LeTip community.”

Caroline Siegel-Singh, a representative from Senator Joel Anderson’s office, will present a Certificate of Recognition on behalf of the Senator to LeTip of Greater San Diego Founder Andy Kimari and long-term member Steven Bates. LeTip International, Inc. CEO Kim Marie Branch-Pettid and Western U.S. Vice President John D’Acunto will be featured as the event’s guest speakers.

The celebration will feature refreshments, high value door prizes and business networking opportunities. The event sponsors are local San Diego businesses, including Dominion Financial Services, Law Offices of Steven E. Bates, Carrillo’s Auto Body and more.
