LEMON GROVE–Authorities are searching for a suspect who allegedly shot a man Tuesday morning in Lemon Grove.
Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a shooting near Citrus Avenue and Pacific Avenue in the city of Lemon Grove. When deputies arrived they found a male suffering from two gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a local hospital where he is currently receiving medical treatment. His injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
Detectives from the Rancho San Diego/Lemon Grove Command are investigating the shooting. At this time, the suspect is unknown. The firearm used in the shooting has not been recovered.
