SAN DIEGO–Detectives arrested a 37 year-old Crawford High School teacher for allegedly having sex with a student.
On Friday, a parent contacted law enforcement regarding her son’s relationship with a family friend, an adult female. The parent of the juvenile discovered inappropriate communication between the two.
Detectives went to the school, located at 4191 Colts Way, to start a preliminary investigation.
They recovered evidence that lead to the arrest of San Diego resident Toni Nicole Sutton, a Crawford High School teacher.
Sutton was charged with engaging in an unlawful sexual act with a person under the age of 18.
