RAMONA–Sheriff’s deputies armed with a search warrant arrested three people, and seized narcotics and firearms at a residence in Ramona.

Sheriff’s Ramona Substation Detective Unit and Ramona Crime Suppression Team Thursday morning served the search warrant at a residence in the 2300 block of San Vicente Road.

Numerous items related to the sale of methamphetamine and other narcotics were seized. The seized items included 17 firearms, 1000 rounds of ammunition, 36 grams of methamphetamine, prescription medication, a sheet of Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), narcotic packaging, scales, and narcotic paraphernalia.

Mark Miller, 62, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of a controlled substance while armed, being a felon in possession of firearms, and being a felon in possession of ammunition. Dina Arce, 41, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Cheryl Ganser, 55, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance while armed, being a felon in possession of firearms, and in possession of ammunition.
