Officers arrested Dash Walters, 29 of  Oceanside, Jenna Gamble, and Kevin Moore for conspiracy to commit robbery.

On November 13 at 1:15 a.m., officers responded to a report of an assault with a deadly weapon and armed robbery of a taxi driver near State Route 76/College.  The taxi driver stated he received a phone call from an acquaintance, Gamble asking for a ride from a residence in the 4900 block of Concho Place.  While he was waiting at the residence, two males came out and assaulted him.  One suspect was armed with a metal rebar and the other was armed with an unknown object.  The suspects demanded money and took $50 from the taxi driver.  The suspects then struck the driver multiple times in the head and body with the weapons, causing a laceration to his head and marks to the body.  The driver knew one of the male suspects as Walters.

Officers arrived at the suspects’ residents and order them to surrender themselves. Walters fled out a bedroom window and into the backyard where he was detained by officers.  The second suspect, Moore, and Jenna exited the front of the residence and were arrested.
