SAN DIEGO–Mark Pelley has been named Vice President of Construction Operations for Pardee Homes’ San Diego region as announced by John Anglin, Senior Vice President, Construction and Purchasing. Pelley’s career with Pardee Homes has spanned more than 33 years, beginning in September 1980 as Assistant Service Manager for the company’s San Diego apartment portfolio.

“Mark’s leadership has been proven time and time again through his commitment to our San Diego construction and customer service operations and reliable managerial skills,” said Anglin. “His leadership has resulted in significant gains in safety, quality, customer satisfaction and cost control improvements.”

With three decades of service to Pardee Homes, Pelley gained technical expertise in construction management. He earned his ICC certifications as a building inspector in plumbing/mechanical, electrical and structural. He also holds a “B” General Contractor’s License with the State of California. He has overseen the construction of both single-family and multi-family projects, and since April 2013 has served as Director of Construction Operations for the San Diego region. In addition, the company is proud of Pelley’s continued commitment to volunteerism. He has spearheaded Pardee’s five year participation in the Baja Challenge building homes in Tijuana for the needy.
