OCEANSIDE–Several law enforcement agencies from North County conducted compliance checks on probationers who had been released from jail under guidelines of the State of California’s Early Release Program.
Thirty-five members of County Probation, the Carlsbad Police Department, the Escondido Police Department, the San Diego Sheriff’s Department, and the Oceanside Police Department visited the residences of forty-three individuals.
Officers, agents, and deputies made five arrests for violations of probation conditions and/or warrants. They also conducted forty-five searches.
The operation was conducted in the City of Oceanside utilizing funds provided by the State of California. All subjects were taken into custody without incident.
