SAN DIEGO–Adventures by the Book presents an Alaskan Adventure by the Book tour with award-winning author and photographer, and internationally-renowned Alaskan wilderness guide Lynn Schooler on August 12 to18.
The tour includes six nights’ lodging in Schooler’s home, a small, handcrafted cabin influenced by traditional Japanese architecture, all meals, most activities, sea kayaking to view sea lions and harbor seals, boating to view humpback whales, photography workshop, beach walks, black bear viewing during salmon season, crab catching (and eating), forest hikes, picking blueberries and making fresh blueberry pie, biking to a nearby glacier, and much more. a signed copy of the author’s book, and transportation to and from the Juneau airport (limitations may apply).
Because of the exclusive nature of this adventure, the package is open to only four to six participants.
