SAN DIEGO–Marine Corps Installations West Commander, Major General Anthony L. Jackson will be the guest speaker at the Tri-City Council of the Navy League dinner at the MCAS Miramar Officers’ Club at 6 p.m., Friday, April 30.
The league serves North County, contributing to the JROTC at the Oceanside High Schools, the Camp Pendleton Field Medical School and the Carlsbad Military Academy.
